Pine Flat campground offers a relaxed, nature-based experience with sites amongst the pine trees offering shade and wind protection. With roomy sites (15m - 50m deep x approx. 15m wide) and plenty of space, it’s ideal for groups, families and friends wanting to camp together without feeling crowded.
The campground caters for all types of setups — from tents and swags through to camper trailers and caravans (western end only due to tree canopy at the eastern end). Entry is via a locked gate for security with a gravel road/walkway through the campground. Simply choose your preferred area (sites may be allocated during peak times), noting that the powered sites are specified on the map.
Each site has access to potable water, and is 40m-120m of the amenities block where you'll find toilets and hot showers. There is a camp kitchen/shelter which is available for communal use unless hired out as well as campfire circles (seasonal restrictions apply).
Native wildlife is part of the experience, with kangaroos, koalas and abundant birdlife often spotted around the property. With local wineries quite literally on your doorstep, it’s the perfect base to unwind, explore and enjoy the region. It’s camping the way it should be — spacious, flexible and far from the confines of a traditional caravan park.
